We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our product. If the designer would not personally use the handbag created, it doesn't go out our door.  However, if our handbag does not meet your expectations upon arrival, please send us an email to inform us that you are returning it.  You will have 5 business days from the receipt of the purchase to return your unused, in the original mint condition, handbag for a refund of the purchase price or exchange, excluding the shipping fee. All returns should be returned to us by the same shipping method as received. For USPS Priority Mail, please request delivery confirmation and a tracking number will be provided to you. We will email you to inform you that we have received the return.  Custom handbags created to your specifications are not returnable.  Shipping charges are nonrefundable. If the return meets the criteria for a return, you will be refunded based upon your method of payment. If the return is used or is otherwise not saleable, we will not be able to refund your purchase and your item will be mailed at your expense.
